DEPOSITS AND PAYING THE BALANCE

| We require a deposit to hold any pup for anyone. We will NOT hold a pup without a deposit paid on it. Deposits are $500.00 for French and English Bulldog pups. Deposits for BLUE French Bulldog pups are 2,000.00. You may send the deposit any of these ways: US POSTAL MONEY ORDER (mailed to us) Bank wire (transfer funds into our bank account) PAY PAL (this is the fastest way) If you use Money Order, mail it Priority or FED EX or UPS. FED EX will not guarantee overnight to this location so send it 2nd day. We do not accept personal checks, ever. Deposits are NOT refundable with this exception: 1.Your pup is found to suffer LIFE THREATENING health issues at vet check*. We used to hold pups for people insisting they were going to purchase that pup, they only needed a bit of time or whatever. In nearly all cases, they backed out and we are left with a pup that we could have found a suitable home. In many cases, the pup is now older than what is considered desirable by buyers and so we must lower the price. Many breeders charge a higher deposit than we do, in order to compensate for wishy washy buyers. In the future, we too, may be doing this. If I tell you another is interested in "your" pup, please take me seriously. This is not sales hype or pushy tactics on my part, it is real. If they beat you to the deposit, the pup is theirs, not yours. If you change your mind, find a different pup you like better, find out you cannot have a pet, etc., and you have placed a deposit on a pup of ours, that deposit will NOT be refunded. It will be used to find the pup another home, along with any additional fees, such as further vaccinations, feeding, etc. MAKE CERTAIN YOU CAN AND WILL TAKE DELIVERY OF YOUR PUP before you place deposit! PAYING THE BALANCE Your pup will be vet checked at 6-9 weeks of age. Once found healthy and suitable we expect the balance to be paid in THREE (3) business days. You may use Pay Pal, Bank wire or Delivery Service (FED EX OR UPS, SECOND DAY)This includes any/all shipping fees. Failure to do this may result in your pup being sold to another. If I am forced to sell your pup to another for a lesser price, you will be refunded the difference, MINUS the deposit. Again, once I email you and tell you that your pup passed his/her vet check, you have THREE business days to get the balance to us. We reserve the right to refuse the sale of any pup at any time in the process. If this occurs, you will be refunded 100% of your money. We have 12 months to pay any/all refunded monies back. *defective heart, spine, brain, liver etc. Or other serious life threatening issues. That does not include things which are not life threatening, such as cherry eye (we will remove) hernia (we will repair) or other issues which are common to these breeds. EMAIL ME |
